Dark Horse Fitness is ran and operated by Robert J. Hollett. He is a Health & Fitness coach focused on helping build healthy habits that fit into your lifestyle with ease.
Robert is a 20 Year Army Veteran set to retire in 2021. Combined 12 years of coaching experience in the military and online over the last 8 years, he is Phase I Master Fitness Certified through the Military.
As a drill sergeant for 2 years, he has completed 3 physical fitness instructional classes and other various leadership courses throughout the extent of his military career.
Robert is passionate about helping people build healthy relationships with structure around food and fitness.
His knowledge and experience in management, leadership, strength training, & personal research and implementation of meal preparation & fitness helps him create customized meal & fitness plans for his clients.
