Delighted Coaching was founded in 2015 by Dr. Lauren Burrell. With over 20 years of business experience, she has a broad knowledge base in business practices, strategic planning, operations, sales and marketing, process improvement, accounting practices, and human resource management, including tenured experience in the nonprofit sector.
Dr. Lauren holds two Doctoral Degrees in Theology with an emphasis in Leadership and Coaching. Additionally, she holds a Master’s Degree in Christian Counseling, a Bachelor’s in Human Resource Management, and an Associates in Business Administration.
She is motivated by her passion and love for coaching individuals to pursue their greatest dreams and actualize them. She is very talented in drawing out the vision, encouraging and strengthening motivation, and guiding individuals with strategies that produce results.
She has served on the board of two non-profits. Successfully created and launched a graduate level Christian Coaching Program for a Christian College. She served as the President for student Council for 2 terms in her undergraduate program, and assisted with Autobiography transcription and coaching for The Prisoner Within by Dr. Debbie Ormonde.
Awarded Business of the Year for a California Chamber for growth initiative, participated in Economic initiative nomination in California for creating a partnership plan for the Education system and Small Businesses.
Her business planning has helped scores of business owners grow their business from $0 in annual revenue to over $1.5 million in annual revenue. She has helped organizations become more efficient in their flow of systems and processes and has helped many business owners take control over the long-term success of their business(es).
A mother of 5, with 3 out of the house and 2 still at home, a grandmother with another granddaughter on the way, she is family oriented and passionate about leading others to lead themselves and their lives well. You can catch her enjoying a fresh cup of coffee at several of the local coffee shops or out and about in the community serving or attending events that support unity, creativity, culture, and positivity.
